Sarah Follett

Sarah Follett played high school volleyball for Olympus High.  She was nominated to the second All State Team her senior year.  She was recruited out of high school for basketball and volleyball to several different schools in the inter mountain west.  Ultimately she decided to play basketball for Rick’s College from 1990 – 1992.  From Rick’s she went on to obtain her college degree at the University of Utah in Secondary Education with a major in Health Science and Special Education, as well as a minor in Coaching.

Sarah started coaching basketball at Syracuse Junior High in 1996 as a first year teacher and lead her team to the district championship.  In 1999 Sarah was asked to take over the volleyball program at Syracuse Junior High.  In 2003 she moved to West Point Junior High were she continues to teach and coach both volleyball and basketball.  Since she started coaching she has taken the district championship four times in basketball and 4 times in volleyball - the most recent championship being this year with a 13 and 1 record.

Sarah has coached club volleyball for the past 8 years.  Her focus has been on developing players through the elementary and secondary levels.  Sarah loves to see girls learn the sport; but more importantly learn about themselves and gain the skills that will help them throughout life.  She is looking forward to working with a new Wildcats Club.

Sarah has been happily married for 19 years.  Together they have seven very diverse, wonderful, and loving children.  All of which keep us very busy.
